This is a chargrill restaurant, pure and simple.We take the best produce and chargrill it to perfection.
As winner of the Best Steak Restaurant Queensland 2010-2011, the quality of the steaks has been recognised and acknowledged with grass and grain fed black angus, hereford, and wagyu from specialist growers. Steaks are wet and dry aged, basted while chargrilling, and well rested for maximum tenderness and flavour.
But great steaks are only half the story. Bravo Bar.b.que has a very extensive menu that includes lamb, open range berkshire pork, kangaroo, chicken, duck, calamari, fish, and giant tiger prawns, all skilfully cooked over the chargrill and served with a great selection of side dishes.

Bravo Bar.b.que has a great cocktail bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a private dining room ideally seating a maximum of 22 people, or accommodating 30 people cocktail style.
Bravo Bar.b.que is open Tuesday – Sunday from 5:30 pm, and is available for lunch bookings and private functions during the day.
